Office All Rounder
Position Overview:
As the Office All-Rounder, you will play a pivotal role in our team, assisting in various office tasks and contributing to the overall success of our workshop. You must bring a positive can do attitude and a bubbly/friendly personality that is customer focussed. Your experience in office functions or automotive knowledge, while desirable, is not mandatory. We are open to considering trainees who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Support daily office operations to ensure an organised and efficient workspace.
- Customer Relations: Assist with customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and foster excellent client relationships.
- Parts Interpretation: Learn and contribute to parts interpretation, quoting and ordering with the guidance of experienced team members.
- Inventory Management: Help manage workshop supplies and maintain inventory.
- Financial Records: Support financial processes and budget management.
- Vendor Relations: Interact with suppliers and build beneficial relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure that the office adheres to relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an office environment or automotive knowledge is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
