Seeking a scheduling/admin superstar!!! We have a full time opportunity available at our Air-conditioning & Electrical business, based in Carrum Downs.
We have maintenance contracts with some of the biggest names in retail and require someone happy, helpful and customer focused, to ensure the best experience for our valued clients. If you are looking for a challenging and fast-paced position this is an ideal opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling, work allocation and team diary management
- Drafting correspondence
- Processing and checking purchase orders
- Communicating with builders, clients, and suppliers via phone and email
- Preparing/maintaining job files
- General administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry and archiving.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience using job scheduling systems, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident managing multiple schedules. Great time management and organisational skills are imperative to this role.
