About the Role:

As a Front Staff member at Amazing Thai Restaurant in Gaythorne, your primary purpose is to ensure the smooth operation of the front-of-house area, providing outstanding customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
2. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
5. Process payments accurately and efficiently.
6. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for guests.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing.
• Previous experience with Thai food or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with a multicultural team
