All personal training is completed in a private studio garage. Wide range of equipment. Programs are individualised for each client.

I am experienced at training clients at all different levels (from 12 to 75 years old), some have never trained, others have been training for a long time. I also do injury rehabilitiation or focused training to achieve certain goals.
The sessions are personalised and tailored for you to maximise your results. Therefore the training suits any and everyone.
What equipment do you expect to see in my studio garage:-
Kettlebells, dumbbells, battle rope, boxing pads, TRX, slam balls, bosu, spin bike, treadmill, benches, box jumps, squat press and much more. All my training is backed by my extensive knowledge from my ongoing studies, research and many years of experience in the fitness industry.
Do I offer nutritional help?
Yes! A massive part of achieving health and fitness goals is what you put into your body. By using my knowledge, food diaries and clever phone apps we can discuss and plan your eating to maximise your results.
