- Boxed Pole Star 75W Screw-in Opaque Light Globe (Works) C1966-75Postage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. I say this old light bulb dates between 1966 to 1975 because the box it is in has a K-mart shop label for $1.08 on the top and so, it is definitely post the introduction of decimal currency. However, it is not older than 1975 because the price is consistent with the price of light bulbs in the late 1960s and eary 1970s and the packaging and advertising on the box is also consistent with that period. The fork with the nacre (mother-of-pearl) handle (far left in main photo) was made between 1901 and 1910 (the Edwardian period) and is in good condition for it's age ($30 if sold separately). The faux bone-handled fork (far right main photo) would have made between 1880 and 1910 but has very little electroplated silver left on it's nickel base. - Vintage Small Green Snakeskin, Fine Leather and Metal PursePostage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. Vintage green dimpled skin purse which I am calling snakeskin because it is the closest texture and pattern to that. In fact, it might not be a purse but a card holder or some kind of compact holder. Any suggestions would be helpful. It has a metal push in clasp and has a compartment on each side when opened which are slightly different with LHS having a higher flap. The tan leather on the inside is very smooth and fine and sides are mad$30Rivett, ACT•204w
- 5cm Antique Silverplate Lipstick Tube/Case by Bourjois Paris - C1920sPostage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. 5cm long silverplate thin lipstick case/holder by Bourjois Paris. The diameter of the inside cylinder which would have held the lipstick is 12mm. The outside lever and the base attached to it inside the inner tube which was used to push the lipstick up the inner tube is missing. I purchased it as a sewing pin case which may have been it's latest use and explains why the lever is missing but it is definitely a very old metal lipstick tube$30Rivett, ACT•206w
- Vintage Bread or Toast Serving Spring Loaded ForksPostage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. Now these forks are unusual forerunners of the plastic gloves worn by food handlers, and especially in these days of Covid-19. Two of these forks would have been used by servants in Victorian English households as a means of serving bread or toast at the dining tables. Those 2 are silverplated and are spring loaded so that the piece of bread or toast stabbed by the fork tines can be lifted off a serving tray then pushed off the fork with$62NegotiableRivett, ACT•208w
