NISSAN SKYLINE GT-R R34 CENTRE CONSOLE/ARM REST LID REPAIR KIT Models (*****2003)
BUY NOW a Kit to repair that broken plastic hinge supporting the Centre Console Lid.
Very hard to find a second hand replacement in good order, all are over 20 years old.
**** Below is a Ten step Installation Guide, please follow each step to ensure a successful outcome.****
The Kit contains:
1. One Part Plastic Hinge base support with a pair Brass hinges fitted with 180 deg. action.
2. Four Brass finish screws M2x10 for hinge to be attached to the Lid.
3. Drilling Gauge for four M1.50 mm holes into lid. (Disposable after use)
3. Printed Copy of the Installation Guide.
The attached twelve images are a guide the installation of the hinge.

2. Remove broken hinge base from centre console base, Keep 2 Nissan M7 screws for later installation.
3. Unscrew (7 screws) Internal lid cover ready for hinge edge smoothing.
4. Hinge hump removed from Internal Lid cover, buyer to grind hump away till surface flat, to allow new hinge to be fitted.
5. Lid cover, push Drilling Gauge to end so the the struts are tight fit, Drill four M1.50 holes into the Lid Cover.
6. Using Four Brass finish screws M2x10, screw the Hinge assembly to the Lid Cover. (4 screws will miss the lid internals)
7. Screw (7 screws) Internal lid cover to the Lid assembly. (Nearly finished)
8. Screw two Nissan M7 screws, attaching Plastic Hinge base support to the main console body.
9. The Lid should swing freely, and check the locking catch working OK, adjust if required, also Lid’s strut arms into the side holes.
10. Repaired Lid with new Hinges Installed & completed.
