The basic shed construction is H3 treated pine skids and floor frame, 12mm plywood floor. Plywood exterior walls. Simple outward opening door. Power points and lights.
2nd hand window, 2nd hand sheet iron on roof. Primed and painted exterior and interior walls.
Bubble insulation under floor, R1.5 in the walls and roof. There is not flooring, just the plywood. I can leave the floor trim loose to be nailed down after you put your flooring in or I can nail it on as is. to supply nothing special, basic bunnings lino would be an extra $500.
