This is a modern small home gym for rent to personal trainers who want to earn a bit extra cash from their clients or who have clients that want the freedom of using equipment during their session rather than waiting for other gym members use the equipment. Personal Trainers will need there own insurances for this gym and will need to sign a 'Hold Harmless Agreement' before use. This means that they will need to check the equipment before use (good PT's should do this wherever they train anyway
