Experienced scottish couple looking for farmhand/machinery/handyman postions
Daniel 29 and Chloe 26
Having not long ago committed to 3 months on a cattle feedlot in WA with 9000 herd we are looking to get stuck back into work before heading home to Scotland start of June. We are in Seymour with our van currently but happy to move around Vic or to NSW.
With a huge selection of experience already under our belts such as fencing, concreting, setting up irrigation, picking/pruning/packing and sheep & cattle husbandry along with general farm hand/handy man work, we are keen to get our hands dirty again and learn new skills.
Throughout our time working in Australia we have also been trained in tractor driving, welding, using heavy machinery such as wood splitters & augers and much more. We are quick learners who are willing to give anything a go and adapt easily to new environments.
We can drive manual and have our own vehicle but are looking to sell this so opportunities that include accommodation are preferred. Resumes with references can be sent over. Please find out reference from our 2nd most recent job attached.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or think we can help, after travelling and working round Australia for 3 years we can’t wait to see what opportunities are still out there.
