I am a qualified chef and nutritionist who loves to help people improve their lives. I take an anti-diet approach, which means I don't want anyone to be on a restrictive diet. Some diets are medically necessary and I can help with this, but if you are looking for someone to help you lose weight by restricting calories and being miserable, I am not for you!
