$54,540 Negotiable
Unique opportunity... Indoor Skate Park For Sale
Designed by Base Plate and built by Tama Ramps, this former Olympic Training Facility is one of a kind. At 11m x 22m with two fully adjustable rails, it will suit athletes in training, a commercial indoor skate park operation, a business that loves their team or a serious enthusiast.
The skate park is ready for immediate delivery and has been numerically packed into a 40 foot shipping container for easy rebuilding. $49,500 plus GST (freight may vary).
Darren White from Base Plate (www.baseplate.com.au) took the design outline by Olympian, Hayley Wilson and customized a skate park to incorporate two adjustable rails, hubba’s, ledges and ramps built from REDZ surfacing and a separate quarter pipe for speed and flow. All the hard work has been done with a tried and tested design, totally engineered with the skater in mind. Investing in good design has made this park the perfect mix of challenge and enjoyment.
Jacob Golding from Tama Ramps, undertook the construction knowing that the facility would be moved from the current location at some point. Using high quality bolts and screws and an extensive support frame, the build can be relocated and installed with the same solid end result.
The team from Tama Ramps dismantled the park and stacked it numerically into a 40 foot container ready to reassemble with ease. The materials have already been cut and integrated, so this park could be onsite and operational within a matter of weeks.
