Possibly one of the most significant aviation pieces of furniture ever offered for sale. An extremely unique, one of a kind, 1920's English Oak Secretaire Bookcase. This is a stunning piece, in original condition, and has a silver plaque on it which reads: To CAPTAIN F.L. BARNARD KING'S CUP September 8th.9th 1922 FROM COL. SIR. CHARLES WAKEFIELD BART I believe this must have been given to the pilot Captain Franklyn Leslie Barnard as part of his prize, for winning the first King's Cup in 1922,

Lovely Vintage/Antique marble inlaid mantel clock with brass side ornaments and feet. Unknown maker but possibly French origin. This clock has a lever action 8 day time only movement which is in working condition. The dial face is in excellent condition, approx 90mm or 3.5 inches in diameter enclosed with a brass bezel with bevelled edge glass. Circa 1885, Made by The William L Gilbert Clock Company in Bristol Connecticut USA, this stunning and rare "PSYCHE" model American Walnut wooden cased mantel clock has an 8 day time and strike movement which strikes the number of hours on the hour and a single strike on the half hour on a cathedral gong. The movement is original carrying the Wm L Gilbert stamp keeps good time. The case is in good condition carrying marks commensurate with being over 100 years old, some of the finials are loose.
