Whether your child just qualified for districts or regionals, or you just started university and want to get back on the track, or you're new to athletics and just starting out; I will coach you to meet your goals or and get the most enjoyment from this fun and inclusive sport.

Adult-Only classes available too! Whether you need some speed for a Half Marathon PB or to improve your fitness and repeat-sprint capacity for Rugby! πͺ
Short Sprints: 60m, 100m,
Long Sprints 200m, 400m,
Middle Distance 800m, 1500m,
Distance: 3000m, 5000m, 10km,
Long Distance: Half, Mara, Ultra
Jumps: Long Jump, High Jump,
Throws: Shot Put, Discus,
Race Walk, and Relays,
And Pentathlon, Decatholon
We will focus on improving your skills and ability with a range of fun games and activities to improve speed, power, strength, and endurance πͺ
Receive training from an Accredited Athletics Coach who is both qualified and has 8 years experience, and previously competed at Nationals and knows how to get you there too! π¦πΊ
You can continue from $15/week when paying upfront or $20 per week for PAYG, there are no other membership/cancel fees π
