had greg remove an old vanity and install a new one quoted to replace, regrout and resilicone the unit. did an extremely average job of this, leaving a large gap below the vanity and also used liquid nails install of tile adhesive. I've never seen a sloppier grout job. not sure how he left the job thinking it was worthwhile charging money for.
