Boots immune system
Coconuts contain a lipid called lauric acid, and many researchers believe that lauric acid can support the immune system.
Some findings indicate that lauric acid has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
In a study of the antimicrobial effects of lauric acid from coconuts, the researchers isolated various bacterial strains and exposed them to lauric acid in petri dishes.
They found that lauric acid effectively inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Other researchers found that lauric acid triggers apoptosis, cell death, in breast and endometrial cancer cells. The findings suggest that this acid inhibits cancer cell growth by stimulating certain receptor proteins that regulate the growth of cells.
You can add these to your landscape or your garden,
These plants are a lovely sitting to any landscape. They are rare and should be in every botanical garden.
I have a small nursery growing these and they are very nice in any form of landscaping and garden centre.
They are perennial not annual, and can grow in large planters (ceramic or plastic)
You can grow one or a few in a design pattern. Imagine growing coconuts next to your roses. A rise and a coconut would be beautiful.
These are great trees for any garden ideas you may have. You will need to use gardening tools and they can be planted near shrubs
They can have a wet for and can thrive next to a water garden and they don't destroy the lawn and head due to shade.
You can even make a Japanese bonsai out of them. You should YouTube that for great ideas.
They are heirloom and organic, no pesticides are used in the growth of these. Even the coconut flower can be used.
Thank you.
