Computer and Laptop Repairs

My work computer was not responding and since it's my work computer it was urgent. At about 6:30 pm we called up and within 5 minutes of calling we had a profession here in my living room helping me fix my computer! Wow!!!!! Now I have a diagnosis (extremely poor internet speed at 2.15%), a solution to fix this, handy tips on keeping my computer clear of unnecessary files/downloads, a full system clean and not to mention a call out to my home at 6:30 pm. I'm 110% happy :) Thank you very much!
