John Deere 3235C 41hp Yanmar turbo diesel hydraulic contour mower 4wd

Bought as a project but too many projects and its too big for me. Hour meter pictured, engine plate pictured, water cooled 3 cylinder diesel, no oil leaks, doesnt blow smoke - very tidy and has little wear and tear, starts first turn of key, sits on a trickle charge in shed. Drives but brakes need attention - disc pads. 4wd hydraulic drive, power steering. Its BIG, about 2.1m wide needs a big trailer or tilt tray, may be able to deliver depending where you are. Was a reel mower and fellow I bought it off started a conversion to a contour deck mower (4 Hyd motors with slasher blades underneath - all 4 slashers on own independent deck to give a smooth cut regardless of terrain - Toro and heavy duty)
Engine and HYD oil/filters changed just before I bought it.
NEEDS - Hydraulics connected (I have JD schematics), deck mounts tidied, new or tyres replaced on deck, deck lift (if you wanted - has hydraulics, just needs ram and fabrication) seat is cracked but useable, gauge (oil/amps?) is fogged and needs replacing, brakes serviced.
Will be an awesome machine when finished - engine, hyd pumps and drives worth price alone.
