BOHEMIAN ART DECO VASE - LIBOCHOVICE GLASSWORKS - CA 1930'S
$25
The Bohemian glass vase was made in old Czechoslovakia at the Libochovice Glassworks which were founded in 1912 by Josef Feigl and Ladislav Morávek.
During the 1930's, Libochovice made a beautiful range of art deco designs which were highly sought after. This pattern was widely used and could be seen in Libochovice's catalogues at the time.
This is a beautiful small-flared bouquet/bud vase with the art deco inspired pattern and feet. The design features three cut feet or toes. This vase design dates from 1930's - 1950's so an exact date is not provided on this item.
Measurements - approx. the vase stands at 10.5cm in height, 11cm width of rim, each foot measuring 4cm length. 308grams weight.
Condition - The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, flea bites or cracks in the glass. As it would be expected for an item of this age it may have fine scratches on the surface but there are none that stand out. (Please note that glass looks dull in the photos, but it shines in the light - photos don't do justice)
