HomeGuardian.AI is looking for talented and reliable customer sales officers that genuinely care about individuals in the Aged Care and Disability sectors. We offer a product that is vastly different to our competitors and we want people to have the best technology on offer to allow them to live independently. You will be selling our Assistive Technology to clients in home based Aged care and participants of the NDIS.

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will be working in a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative team to create a difference in the lives of individuals across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
What a day at HomeGuardian.AI looks like:
- Taking ownership of inbound and outbound calls and resolving customer enquiries in an efficient and helpful manner
- Meeting monthly KPIs and targets associated with a contact centre
- As part of a team balance, completing other tasks to maintain service levels and answer times
- Educate, promote and tailor a solution using knowledge of products/services to prospective individuals
- Responding to email, and web enquiries in a timely fashion
- Developing strong and courteous working relationships with customers and all external stakeholders
- Explaining billing and accounts, taking payments, and recommending the best solution based on your customer’s needs
- Familiarising yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
About you:
You’ll be a great communicator with passion and energy to get the job done for your customer. You’ll:
- Have experience in high-volume sales in a contact centre environment (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Have the ability to demonstrate objection-handling skills and provide solutions to customers
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to work collaboratively and also autonomously
- Be well presented, reliable, interested, and demonstrate a proactive work ethic
- Have well-developed communication skills (and be great on the phone)
- A high level of computer literacy (word processing and databases)
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
