Not fully insured
When they say fully insured they are not! there insurance only covers the items if they are shattered. “people should expect to have scratches, bumps and chips in there furniture when moving a fully furnished home “is what the owner told me when I called to complain no refund, not even 10% of what I paid no insurance to replace item.all they offered was to collect item try to putty, colour match and paint my timber table not good enough don’t go through this company.

Not impressed slack attitude and overcharged
After turning up hours late I was then overcharged. I rang ahead to confirm the price, they still overcharged my partner. I rang plus left messages to no avail.
