Hey beautiful humans,
My name is Sanam. Im very young and learning chef enthusiast. I undertake small projects, analyze situations, and provide expert advice to address various needs.
However, My projects will range from supporting new small ventures ā i.e. defining the operation of whole kitchens, from planning to opening day, including menu development and supplier selection ā to consulting on projects that are already up-and-running to help identify and improve operational shortcomings.
As i do this for small cafes, small scale restaurants and other food service businesses because Iām able to advise and leverage their foodservice expertise to observe, analyze and provide a range of solutions.
