Reluctant Sale Luxury Large Double Sofa / Bed

Selling on my parents' behalf. Purchased as the main piece of furniture for a comfortable quiet sitting room for reading / TV! 2 weeks prior to my baby son and I moving in. A typical 'when life happens.. ' circumstance.
The mattress (not thin layer of foam) used twice as intended. The seat and back cushions stored within the house, therefore, never used. The sofas base covered with boxed baby clothes, a basket of toys, and linen folded on top. Nothing heavy, and never used in seating position.
Having assembled in its original state, this is a very inviting and spacious couch that seats 2, but easily enough room for 3 persons comfortably.
Although fairly heavy (2 people to move), it frame has a hinged, fold down upper back piece, making it extremely easy to fit through doorways.
Purchased for $1199 in Dec 2021.
Given that it is in mint condition and only being sold as my son is upgrading to a single bed, the extra space is needed. I'd ideally like them to get a decent amount of their $$ back. Negotiable on price, for sale at $800. Pick up only Thornlands.
