questionable service, different price on contact

Says $99/hr for 6.5 ton 2 movers on Gumtree. But when contacted via message, the price changed to $100/hr for 4.5 ton truck with 2 movers plus $50 call out fee and $50/60 per flight one off. Asked why the price difference, response said the service price on Gumtree does not include insurance and tailgate lift. I'd say you are not allowed to provide service without insurance, so this reason is not valid. Quote:

Worse removalist i have ever used

I have never met a more unreliable removalist company then these, I was booked in for between 11 & 1 and they didn't show up until 4.30 then for them to start loading to then ask me if I had booked in for one of my items which was a tv unit as they need to charge extra for heavy items, I wasn't putting up with the multiple stuff around that was happening so I asked them to get out what was in there and leave, do not recommend this removalist at all...
