Amazing condition, this is the long head version Boogie Mark IV, and was made in the mid to late 1990s. Great condition, Footswitch for the Mark IV. sturdy and solid footswitch and great for switching channels, EQ and loop switching on the amp. It is missing the 2 bolts that lock it to the bracket in the back of a Mark IV head or combo.
