The piano has been well maintained and tuned by a local professional piano tuner. An Appraisal was performed on 29/01/2024. Condition: The soundboard, plate construction & bridges and keyboard are in good condition. Action is good but will need a full service after moving the piano. The pitch is 15 - 20% below 1/5 semitone from A440. Recommendation from the piano tuner a full service including any repairs and tuning to A440 will need to be performed after the piano has been moved & left to settle Approx. 3 months to maintain the longevity & performance Condition of this instrument. This piano is suitable for all players from beginners to advanced.
