Essential for authentic Thai cuisine. Delicate flavoured long thin roots can be thinly sliced or ground up to add to Thai cooking, especially delicious in fish curries. Easy to grow and maintain and can be grown in pots. Dies down in Winter but will reappear in Spring. Can be preserved for use during Winter. Makes an attractive plant to fill bare arears in your flower beds.
