Benchmark civil, concrete and earthmoving

Unprofessional in dealings and workmanship. Did not fill blocks with rubble to the top but instead adhered capping thinking I'd be none the wiser. However, when I checked the stability of the wall I noted that the top blocks were unstable. I then discovered that none of the cappings had adhered to the blocks and when I took them off I saw exactly why the top of the wall was unstable. They had not been filled sufficiently.
