Casual Administration Officer
Looking for someone with good administration skills, competent with Excel, MS Office, prepared to work Fridays on a regular basis but also required to cover sick and annual Leave. Prefer someone living in close proximity to West Perth. Contact Judith Griffin adm******@******com + click to reveal
Position Duties in brief:
Answering telephone
Forward, Respond and/or Action emails using Outlook (365)
Use word template letters to respond to clients.
Use Excel for spreadsheets for clients Cashbooks and Bank Reconciliations
(Preferably with an understanding of accounts processing)
Create invoices for the practice and clients using both Excel and Word templates.
Create and email client’s payslips / using Excel, Word and email.
Manage clients’ expenses such as Managed residential/commercial properties, Credit cards.
Banking, Post In and Out, Typing, Filing, Photocopying, Binding accounts.
Hospitality to clients and dishes at the end of the day.
Check and order office supplies, stationary, printing and staff amenities.
(Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits)
All areas have instruction manuals, but common sense will go a long way.
