Outstanding service
I have been looking for a while for a mobile hairdresser who could come to our house and cut my father’s hair who has Alzheimer’s. I saw Kim’s advertisement and sent her a message. She got in contact with me immediately and arranged an appointment for the next day. She was absolutely lovely and very kind to my Dad, she even gave him a shave as he hadn’t had one for a while. Would highly recommend Kim and we will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

Prompt, Professional and Personable
This is the first time I have had to arrange an in-home haircut for my elderly mother and there didn't seem to be much being advertised for the Springwood area. I saw Kim's advert on Gumtree, gave her a call and she was able to fit Mum in at short notice. Kim arrived promptly and her friendly personality immediately made Mum feel at ease. She was very aware of Mum's comfort throughout the cut and was kindness itself. We would certainly recommend her without any hesitation!
