Unique Team Development: Connect, Collaborate & Motivate your Team!
Finish off 2023 inspired!
This isn't like your traditional paintball or zipline team day out. This is deeper work. It's an experience that's down-to-earth, a little bit hairy and a whole lot of fun.
Our framework empowers relationships, leadership and emotional awareness through integrating skills and knowledge teaming with horses. A framework that builds resilient, confident and engaged communities of people.
We take pride in providing a service that covers participants' needs and challenges, designing a workshop plan tailored and crafted to specific growth and development objectives.
Horses are an integral piece of our location-based workshops, providing a medium for real-time- hands-on practice through participating as teammates in the arena activities segment. There’s no role-play; it's real play, and that’s often something we don't often get to experience while learning new skills or developing ourselves.
The live-time implementation for integrating positive new change. This is a powerful piece and point of difference for building confidence, cohesion and motivation through cohorts. Paralleling concepts, experiences and scenarios- from engaging with horses to engaging with people, there’s relatability to the situations and challenges that come forth in the arena that are present in people’s daily lives.
Whether you are looking for individual empowerment, soft skill development, cultural change or leadership expansion of your people, our framework, our farm setting, or our teammates make for the most unique and powerful way to build expansion through empowering your people.
If you are a local North West Tasmania organisation, seeking a unique addition to your existing development programs, reach out to Leading Rein as we would love to find a way to create collaboration opportunities with you!
