Good condition with few minor chips / scratches from normal usage (photos can be provided). Initial build fail has caused damage top bunk railing x 2 (refer pictures) – no structural issue, just cosmetic (damage can be positioned against wall, so cannot be seen). Solid, stable bunk bed.
