♕ First time use;- Preparation also called Seasoning the wok, thoroughly clean the wok with mild detergent, wipe dry and place the wok on the stove (gas/electric), then coated the surface with cooking oil, once the oil started to fume, turn off the heat and lightly add another coat of cooking oil (careful with hot surface) to the cooking surface of the wok and place the wok in a pre-heated 180 degree Celsius oven for 20mins (Oil is baked into the pores of the iron) to complete the wok seasoning
