It was commissioned by the Roman Catholic Church (St. Augustine's Balmain) to be made by Sydney cabinetmakers Alex W. Norton for the opening of the Convent of the Immaculate Conception on 22 April 1877. A complete account of provenance will be provided to the purchaser. It is original, complete & unmodified. Antique wardrobe and dressing table in good condition. Timber veneer with solid timber drawers. Original handles and glass on dressing table. Mirrors have bevelled edges. One drawer is missing from the wardrobe. Wardrobe measurements H 177cm, W 122cm, D 51cm.

Vintage Underwood 310 Typewriter. Was in very good working order many years ago before being put in back of wardrobe and forgotten about until now. The fitted ribbon is dry/worn out. There is a spare that is wrapped up but I'm not sure if would still work due to its age. Comes with plastic storage case which has split along lid line. Temporarily reinforced with duct tape!

Australian-made in the 1940s-50s using birch timber veneer construction. Quality made with intricate details - craftsmanship isn’t like this today! In good condition for its age - shows some wear and surface marks (shown in pictures). Measurements: H: 1775mm W: 1225mm D: 530mm Pick up only - Seaforth.

Needs restoration. Would shabby chic well. Or use for parts. Looks bad in photos, but is actually a lot better. No fittings missing, includes key. Unpainted ply unit, just original stain. 2 front doors , 3 drawers & hanging space behind front doors. Outside layer of top ply coming apart. Take that layer off to fix top. Straight unit otherwise.
