CLASSIC FINE CHINA AUSTRALIA GOLD GILT SAUCER and PLATE
$10
SHIPPING OFFERED
‘Classic China Australia’ appears to be one of several unidentified Australian china makers and used the maker’s mark, ‘Classic Fine China Australia’ in a circle. Unlike the St Kilda China gold gilt sets, Classic China Australia sets usually include an un-gilded white centre.
Fine china aficionados suggest that it is likely that ‘Classic China Australia’ marked pieces are imported blanks that are decorated in Australia. This most likely happened c.1960s when gold china sets were popular in Australia.
The cup has been smashed but offered here are the white fine china swirl gilt saucer and sandwich plate to possibly provide replacement pieces or form part of a 'crazy tea set'. These remaining pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
Pick-up from Forest Lake or postage extra. [Standard Parcel Postage will cost $11.00].
PLEASE NOTE
I reply to all inquiries usually within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply within a reasonable amount of time, check your junk/spam mail inbox. Some computer programs redirect Gumtree messages to junk/spam mail inboxes.
