Born in England in 1944 and migrating in 1967, Bill has worked in both painting and sculpture over a 50 year artistic career. His ouvre has focused primarily on images of rural life and historical subjects across the Eastern States of Australia. This particular piece has had an interesting history, apparently being sold and taken to England
