Beautiful late Meiji to Taisho period Kutani Kimono of a seated Bijin or Geisha c. *****1900. The Geisha is playing a pair of drums. Finely executed in overglaze polychrome enamels with gilt highlights, the Beauty is dressed in an elaborate green and red kimono with pink and red flowers and gold accents.
