3 drawer cedar chest of drawers Is on timber runners only. Surplus from our build, needs a good home and some TLC. Measurements as per pics Kept inside so is nice and dry. Brass handles with original locks but no keys.

Piano upright Beale 1920
Serial No. 39823 Excellent condition, has been refurbished and repolished. Has original keys, was tuned for years by ex Palings tuner. Beautiful piece of oak furniture and quality sound. We were told it was built in the Annandale factory in Sydney by trained Beale employees brought out from Germany, so it is also a part of Australian history..

Cedar Wardrobe 1877 - Maker Alex Norton
Offered for "Expressions of Interest" is an original Australian Cedar Wardrobe of substantial historical significance. It was commissioned by the Roman Catholic Church (St. Augustine's Balmain) to be made by Sydney cabinetmakers Alex W. Norton for the opening of the Convent of the Immaculate Conception on 22 April 1877. A complete account of provenance will be provided to the purchaser. It is original, complete & unmodified. Longcase Clock Circa 1715
Presented in original, complete & well preserved condition. Functions - Hour & minutes by the silvered chapter ring, seconds by internal dial, date by internal escutcheon, moon phase in the upper arch & an alarm dial to the centre. There are two bells one small & one large. It has a repeater striking mechanism which is activated by a pullcord.
