Vintage windscreen frame. Don’t ask as I haven’t got a clue what it is off apart from being old. Must be made of coated brass or similar as there is no rust despite being outside for years. Someone will be wanting this bit for their restoration. Where would you find another? A bit bent in spots but very salvageable. Reversing aid to make it easy to contact towbar on trailers or caravans. Secure the small bit underneath your towball then simply drop larger bit in when reversing.
