Structurally in very good condition but needs painting. Great home project that with a little effort would provide a lovely bedroom setting for your child or grandchild. The bed and bedside table are the Early Settler Brittany range and the longer table matches perfectly although I can't remember where it was purchased. $90 is for all three items which are stored at my Factory in Tyabb.
