Date of Manufacture 07/2018. Zip enclosure with two clip enclosures plus crutch strap to stop the PFD slipping over the head. Flotation collar to assist with keeping the head above the water with reflective strips, plus a whistle attached just under the collar. Colour is red up top and yellow on bottom.
