3.5m tinny with trailer Tinny is great for fishing and hanging out at dams or lakes. It has a 6hp mariner motor that runs perfectly once going however takes a few pulls to start. The boat doesn’t require a license because it is under 10hp. It is licensed to hold 4 people, but I would recommend 1-2 as it will go a lot quicker.
