I HAVE AN ORIGINAL MOTH MAST AND BOOM FROM A SKIFF MOTH FROM THE 1960'S. THESE TWO ITEMS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, NO SPLITS OR CRACKS. I SAILED THE MOTH ONCE ABOUT 40 YEARS AGO IN A BLOW AND THE MAST AND BOOM ARE STILL MORE INTACT TODAY THAN THE BOAT. THE MAST IS VERY STRAIGHT FOR ITS AGE AND IS 5280 MMS LONG WITH THE ORIGINAL MAST STEP. THE BOOM IS 2135 MMS LONG ( NOT INCLUDING GOOSENECK FITTING), 68 MMS HIGH AND 37 MMS THICK. Build by Holiday mansions, USA 1986. Twin turbo Volvo 165hp stern drives. Diecon 6.5kva gen set, ducted air conditioning, 2 showers, Bath ect. 500/600 hours on Volvos and 7 hours on gen set all recently serviced by a Volvo dealer. I have all the build plans for this vessel to help with getting it into Commercial survey. Has been slipped, anti fouled, new sea cocks ect. This vessel hasn’t been used much and due to it sitting around, it will require the stern drives to be rebuilt or replaced.
