For the car enthusiast or for parts. Selling AS IS due to two main issues. Firstly ignition cylinder has broken its locking pin. Can't just buy the ignition cylinder, must buy part of the steering column. A non practical flaud design by Ford. Only reason I can think is, an after sale to raise revenue.
