Responsibilities: aiding client with daily tasks, providing client with a positive role model, facilitating physical, recreational, social & educational activities, administrative works is reporting client's progress and completing documents related to client's needs, goals and aspirations. 1 year work experience or minimum conducted 120 hrs job placement.
