L- shaped right sectional sofa. Upholstered in Warwick Kiama fabric (grey/taupe colour) We got this custom made for us by a factory in Melbourne based on a famous Italian design. Structurally sound and great design, but needs some reupholstering/strategic blanket placing! Wear and tear on chaise cushion and zip broken on one of the seat covers. See photos for more details. We are giving away this fully watertight outdoor cubby/storage space. It is quite large and requires dismantling. Full length along fence is 4800mm But it can be split in half, bench length is 2500. Cushions are included and custom made for the bench seat, which includes storage underneath. Slats are hardwood. Depth of bench/cubby house is 1300mm. The internal space of the cubby is 1050 by 2050mm. Stairs fold into cubby house.

Both have very slight damage that is not visible unless you look very very closely; one to the arm and the other the seat. Both things are in the photos. Still have lots of life in them - structurally sound and the cushions are still puffy. Was very well, custom made. iPlease text for the pick up address.
