This 499 would go for a fish 'as is' with just a little bit of a clean up. It has some pimpling on the spool,a little on the crank and also on the mount seat. The line guide wheel seems a little sticky,like the lube has dried and gummed up,plus I'd say it's bearing is a little rocky. One gear cover screw has lost it's head.I popped the cover off to check things out.
