Looking for renter to join me in lease in North Lakes area

Looking for someone to join me in applying for rental properties. I have all the common room furniture, kitchen supplies, just need someone who has a job, who is between 20-45 years old (male or female), who has their own bedroom furniture and can afford $300 a week or around that for rent. No pets, may consider a couple. I currently live in Narangba, and planning to move to around Mango Hill, North Lakes, Chermside, Strathpine area. Current Lease ends 7 June, but if i can find a place for mov
