An extremely rare find in Australia, this antique 'Bingola 1' child’s gramophone player was made in Germany circa 1920. The gramophone has the traditional cream body lithographed with cherubs at play and comes with a green topped turntable, sound box and with many spare unused needles. The outside of the cabinet was varnished. It is perhaps 90 years old and might have been for a radio or gramophone, being very open with nothing to obstruct the sound. Would be a good display cabinet for a florist's shop. Dimensions: 113 cm high, 65 cm wide and 46 cm from front to rear. Moving it would require 2 sturdy people. (It was used for storing items which have now gone, hence no longer needed.)

On offer is a fantastic Rexonola Model 60 gramophone in good working order. The springs have recently been replaced. It plays well with very good volume. The Model 60 was the highest priced gramophone in the Rexonola range and cost 60 pounds in the late 1920s. The cabinet is finished in mahogany and has sode doors for record storage. It comes with needles and a good selection of records. Pick up is from Warners Bay 2282.

Oh, and the bakelite handles on the front have been replaced with brass knobs. The volume pot is crackly, but on/off switch does work. The AM receiver doesn't work.
