This huge solid bread board / cheese board was hand crafted from an enormous slab of Lemon Scented Gum. Felled more than a decade ago in the Darling scarp, the tree was a single massive specimen that grew up being pushed and buffeted by the wind, creating tiny fractures that slowly healed, making the wood the much prized 'curly wood' that has the distinctive tiger striped shadows.
