Caretaker
Retired or semi-retired persons are welcome. We are a small caravan park in Upper Hunter, NSW, within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs, banks, and post office. The property is about 1 acre of land with a few self-contained cabins and some onsite vans. Our tenants are predominately seasonal workers. As such, most of the rentals are weekly/monthly basis.
